Jobs India Consulting goes in hand with the jobseekers to find a stable job. Once the CV is posted, it is entered in the database and monitored regularly to match employer's requirement. If the CV of the jobseeker is as that of the employers needs, the jobseeker is called for an interview at Jobs India Consulting premises. Thereby if he/she is selected, the CV is sent to the employer. If the employer is satisfied with the CV, the candidate is sent to the employers premises for interview. The candidate is placed in the job, if he/she is selected in the interview conducted by the employer.
