PROCESS

Once the employer fills the form, the employer's requirements
are updated.

CVs of suitable candidates are screened.

The candidates who match with the employer's requirements
are interviewed on behalf of the employer at Jobs India Consulting, thereby, the
qualified candidate resume is sent to the employer to review.

CVs of three candidates which match the requirements
are sent to the employers.

If the employer likes to interview the recommended
candidates, they are sent to the employer's office for an interview.

Once the employer is satisfied with the candidate and
likes to recruit him/her, then the fee for our service is one month's full salary
(base salary plus any allowances).
Rules for Job Postings
These rules are intended
to provide a level field for all recruiters and to help job seekers to identify
the most suitable opportunities for them as easily as possible.
- The title should reflect / summarize the job description.
- If you are recruiting in order to build a panel of CVs
for a position that is not at that moment vacant, this should be made clear in the
job description.
Put in as much information
as possible about the job. Mention the details of the vacancy: hours, requirements,
responsibilities and perhaps even a little about the company's culture. This will
help us match your criteria as closely as possible to meet your needs.
